How to Fall in Love is a guided group coaching experience that will support you to transform, from the inside out.

First we do the inner work - we lay our healthy foundations for love. Then we do the outer work and start dating differently. 


STAGE ONE - THE INNER WORK


Our first, five-module pillar is called Laying the Foundations. 

This powerful programme will support you to deepen your connection to yourself, grow in self-esteem, confidence and emotional resilience and become more connected to your intuition so that you can discern healthy partners. It will support you to understand why you behave as you do in relationships - to explore and challenge the entrenched patterns and deep-seated fears that have sabotaged your relationships until now. It will support you to  transform your unhealthy relationship patterns into healthy ones and let go of anything you need to let go of - exes, broken dreams, unhelpful core beliefs, harmful patterns and so forth - in order to date with an open heart and mind and prepare for the relationship you desire and deserve.


STAGE TWO - THE OUTER WORK


With these healthy foundations is place, we then take the show on the road and go dating with courage, clarity and confidence. We practice dating, only we do so differently,  resulting in a different outcome to the painful experiences of our past.

The second five-module pillar is called Date with Courage, Clarity and Confidence. This powerful programme will support you to understand why you get triggered in relationships and how to manage those triggers; to broaden your horizons and start to attract and be attracted to different types - healthy types; to set healthy and loving boundaries with yourself and others; to make time and space for love in your busy schedule and to create a life you truly love, that's authentic to you and aligned with who you are, a life that's full and exciting, so that you date and look for love from a contented space rather than an empty place.

What This Group Programme Includes

  • Regular Group Q&A Calls

    You will be invited to attend regular group coaching and Q&A calls, where you'll have access to my unique brand of wisdom and where you'll learn from your fellow participants. You will feel connected, supported and celebrated. Our calls are scheduled for alternate Tuesdays at 5 pm UK time (two calls per month). I will also include additional calls at 8 am UK time (to suit the Australasia time zone) and at 1 pm UK time (that's 8 am EST).

  • Supportive Online Community

    You will be invited to join a supportive online community for the duration of your time in the course. This is a wonderful space where you can ask questions of me and of each other, support each other, share your progress, ask for accountability and cheer each other on.

  • Insightful Materials

    You will have access to a library of incredible content, from insightful videos to deep-diving reflective exercises to guided meditations and creative practices. This material is yours for as long as the course remains in existence so you can revisit it whenever you need a top-up of inspiration and motivation.

  • Optional 1:1 Support

About this course

ABOUT KATHERINE

Transformational Coach, Midlife Mentor, Author, Speaker

Katherine is an intuitive love, dating and relationships coach, a midlife mentor and the author of How to Fall in Love - A 10-Step Journey to the Heart.  

Drawing on her own experience of healing from dysfunctional relationship patterns and falling in love in her forties, Katherine helps women and men to transform their relationships with themselves, understand and change their dating patterns, create lives they love and find love.

Katherine coaches one-to-one and hosts courses, workshops and transformational retreats, in the UK and abroad. She also writes for the national media on love, dating, relationships and personal development, including a regular blog for Psychologies magazine.

Suzy Walker, editor of Psychologies magazine, described Katherine's book as "a wonderful handbook on relationships, which requires you to be brave, dig deep and face your fears about falling in love."

Katherine is a former international and political correspondent for the global news agencies Reuters and Bloomberg. As well as a compassionate and intuitive coach, she is an excellent communicator and a skilled trainer.

Katherine married her partner, Bill, in June 2019. It was a happy day, as the photograph below shows.

FAQs

  • When does the group programme start?

    Doors open on Monday February 19th for the next cohort.

  • When are the group coaching calls?

    The group coaching and Q&A calls are held on Zoom on alternate Tuesdays at 5 pm UK time. I will add in some additional calls at 8 am UK time and 12 pm UK time. Calls will be recorded if you are unable to join live, with a short portion towards the end of each call not recorded to allow for connection and off camera questions.

  • What if I can't make the group calls?

    Calls will be scheduled to suit all time zones. If you can't make the group calls, you'll be invited to send questions, comments and challenges in advance, which I'll address on the calls, and then you can watch the calls on catch-up. You'll receive the video recording in your email inbox within 24 hours of the call.

  • When is my 1:1 coaching call?

    If you have chosen the option that includes a 1:1 call, you can arrange your one-hour coaching call with me at any point during the three-month period of the programme. Calls can be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm.

  • How much time does the course take?

    The more time you put in, the more you will get out of the course, but I understand you have a busy life. Ideally, you'll be able to join the group coaching calls. You will also need 1 hour for your individual coaching call if you choose that option. It would be wonderful if you could set aside at least 30-60 minutes on several days per week to reflect on the course materials and complete any exercises, or you can save your course materials for a free day and spend an hour or two on the course in a block.

  • What if I can't afford the course?

    I appreciate this course requires a financial commitment but I believe that this commitment will be game-changing. You'll be investing in your hopes, dreams and future happiness. You'll be taking your romantic life seriously and giving it the importance it deserves. You will be choosing to prioritise your spending in line with your most important goals.
