This seven-part video series on Managing Anxiety & Fear at Work is designed to:
In this video series, I share my experience of binge eating, binge drinking, over-working and engaging in unhealthy relationships as a Reuters political journalist based in the UK Houses of Parliament - compulsive behaviours that led to burnout and breakdown in my 30s.
I also explore my journey out of that painful place, including how I learned to have a healthier relationship with myself and my work, and I offer tools to support you to do the same.
This video series was initially recorded to mark Mental Health Awareness Week in 2023 and its theme of anxiety.
