If so, I know how you feel. I've been there.

I've had long periods of singleness, plenty of disastrous or dismal dates and numerous dysfunctional relationships, ending in pain and heartache. I've spent lots of money on dating websites but failed to arrange any dates, or I've gone along to dates and left feeling uninspired and dispirited. I've run away from or sabotaged healthy relationships and I've fallen for the wrong guys - commitment-phobes and emotionally unavailable types - over and over again. 

Ouch.

Not anymore. 

I learned to date differently, with courage, clarity and confidence. 

As I did so, I fell in love with a wonderful man whom I married in 2019.

I'm now helping other women to change their patterns of behaviour so that they can form healthy and loving relationships, and I would love to help you to do the same with this online course.

CHANGE YOUR DATING DYNAMIC

This transformational course will guide and support you to change your dating dynamic so that you can enjoy the dating process, form a healthy relationship and find love. 

The course combines insightful video content with practical exercises and time for self-reflection. It's designed to help you to revive your dating journey and move towards the relationship you want.

This course is self-paced so you take it in your own time and go at your own rhythm. Please note: you may hear or read references to a five-week course. I originally designed this course to be taken over five weeks but following feedback from many women who've taken this course, I now suggest that it's taken over 12 weeks, with an introductory week, two weeks for each one of the five steps and a consolidation week at the end. I believe this pace will give you the time you need to delve deep into the content as well as to take practical actions on your dating journey.

    You'll receive insightful video tutorials in digestible chunks. I'll guide you through the course exercises, sharing my story and my experience of coaching people like you into healthy relationships, along with practical tools from the fields of coaching and psychotherapy to help you to change your dating dynamic.

    You'll be invited to do several written exercises or reflective exercises every week. These exercises will help you to grow in self-awareness and make meaningful, incremental progress towards your life and love goals.

    You'll have lifelong access to all the video tutorials and course materials so that you can revisit the steps whenever you choose. You'll also receive discounts off future courses, workshops and retreats, in the UK and abroad.

  • Self-Paced

    Take the course at your own pace in the comfort of your own home or watch the material while on the move. You can take the course in as little as 5 weeks if you have lots of spare time but I recommend you take it over 12 weeks, especially if you have a busy life. It's entirely up to you.

  • Drip-fed Content

    The course content will be drip fed to you via the course platform in manageable chunks, allowing you space and time to delve deeply into the exercises and to pause whenever you wish.

  • Optional 1:1 Coaching Call

ABOUT KATHERINE

Transformational Coach, Midlife Mentor, Author, Speaker

Katherine is an intuitive love, dating and relationships coach, a midlife mentor and the author of How to Fall in Love - A 10-Step Journey to the Heart.  

Drawing on her own experience of healing from dysfunctional relationship patterns and falling in love in her forties, Katherine helps women and men to transform their relationships with themselves, understand and change their dating patterns, create lives they love and find love.
 
Katherine coaches one-to-one and hosts courses, workshops and transformational retreats, in the UK and abroad. She also writes for the national media on love, dating, relationships and personal development, including a regular blog for Psychologies magazine.

FAQs

  • When does the course start?

    The course begins as soon as you enroll. You'll have access to Day One's content immediately. Following that, the course materials will be drip fed to you every day, with some rest and reflective days. You are encouraged to take time off at the weekend to process your feelings as well as to take some dating actions.

  • When is my 1:1 coaching call?

    If you opt to include a 1:1 coaching call with your course for an additional fee of £150, you can take this at any point during the course or within three months of purchasing the course. Coaching calls can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6:15 pm.

  • How much time does the course take?

    The more time you put in, the more you will get out of the course, but I understand you have a busy life. The course begins with a preparation week and then each of the five steps can be taken in one week but I recommend you take two weeks per step, followed by a final consolidation week. So that's a 12-week programme. It would be great if you could set aside at least 20 minutes each day to reflect on the course materials and complete any exercises, or you can save your course materials for a free day and spend an hour or two on the course in a block. You will also need 1 hour for your individual coaching call, should you choose that option.

  • What if I can't afford the course?

    I appreciate this course requires a financial commitment from you but I believe that this commitment will be game-changing. You'll be investing in your hopes, dreams and future happiness. You'll be taking your romantic life seriously and giving it the importance it deserves. And you'll be saving yourself time, energy, heartache and money by no longer wasting your time on disastrous dates or online dating sites that don't yield results. That said, I'd like the course to be accessible to as many women as possible and I am able to offer flexible payment plans so if you need to pay in installments, contact me at [email protected]
